3 Training Days Per Week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. 
Pick the hour most convenient for you and that is your training time and group. Sessions need 3 clients as minimum to go ahead.

Faster paced session - Tabatta, Circuit, HIIT session for that full body HIIT Calorie burn.
Be prepared to SWEAT. (Smart Watch or HR Monitor Required)

Session 1: 9-10am - Strength & Conditioning:  Faster paced session - Tabatta, Circuit style session for a full body burn.

Session 2: 10-11am - Booty and Abs: Perfect combo for building glutes, tightening core and improving lower body strength and stability, focused hypertrophy / strength. Learn disciplined lifting techniques.

Session 3: 11-12pm Full Body - Session designed at hitting multiple muscle groups across the lower and upper body. Learn disciplined lifting techniques.

Session 4 : 12-1pm Shoulder Sculpt - Perfect to improve shoulder health, Ideal for clients who want to improve posture, perfect preventative tool for frozen shoulder and other common shoulder problems as we age.
