3 Training Days Per Week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. Pick the hour most convenient for you and that is your training time and group. Sessions need 3 clients as minimum to go ahead.

Learn disciplined lifting techniques. Session 3: 11-12pm Full Body - Session designed at hitting multiple muscle groups across the lower and upper body. Learn disciplined lifting techniques.
